Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SNAPOUT collects, why, and your choices. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run your account and the course.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password (we can't read your password).
- Subscription details: your subscription status and dates, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details are handled only by Stripe.
- Course activity: lessons you complete and the worksheet answers you write, so they sync across your devices.
- Call requests: the name, email, goal, experience level and preferred time you send through "Let's talk".
- Security logs: for logins, signups, purchases and similar actions we record the time, IP address, approximate location (country/city from the IP), and device/browser type. We use this to prevent fraud and account sharing and to keep the site secure.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses one essential login cookie, and your browser's storage for small conveniences (like where you paused a video).
Who we share it with
- Stripe for payments and subscription management.
- Cloudflare to host the website, database and course videos.
- Resend to send us email notifications (for example when you request a call).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. Security logs are kept for up to 180 days. If you delete your account, we delete your progress and notes; we keep basic payment records as required for accounting and tax.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing snapout.reachelp@outlook.com. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, Quebec's Law 25 or Canada's PIPEDA, or US state laws) you may have additional rights, and you can contact your local data protection authority.
