Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of the SNAPOUT website, your account and the SNAPOUT. 30-Day Trading System course (the "course"), created by Pownz & Marcgls. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
1. Education only, not financial advice
SNAPOUT is general trading education. Nothing in the course, the videos, the Discord, calls or any message from us is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a promise of results. Examples are hypothetical. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of all money you trade with, and most day traders lose money. The course is built around paper trading and historical charts; any decision to trade real money is yours alone.
2. Your account
- You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your access is for you only. Sharing your login, re-uploading, recording, selling or redistributing course content is not allowed and can get your account closed without a refund.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live (and at least 18 to use a payment method in your own name).
3. Subscription and billing
- SNAPOUT costs US$97 per month (plus any tax shown at checkout). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your learning hub (account menu → Manage subscription). You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's fixed.
- We may change the price for future months. If we do, we'll tell you by email before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- Refunds are covered in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
4. Calls, Discord and community
Discovery calls and community help are offered as a courtesy and may change. Be respectful: harassment, spam, scams, or sharing paid content in the community can get you removed and your account closed.
5. Content and intellectual property
All course videos, worksheets, PDFs, text, graphics and the SNAPOUT name and logo belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and use them for your own learning while your access is active.
6. Changes to the course
We may update, add or reorganise lessons to keep the course useful. We'll never remove what you've already completed from your progress without reason.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using SNAPOUT at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or try to get around payments.
8. Liability
The course is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of SNAPOUT. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
